As the founder of On Point Tutoring, I started OPT with a straightforward belief: if you truly understand something, it should feel simple. I noticed students often got overwhelmed by overcomplicated explanations and wanted to change that. At OPT, we break down even the most complex academic and test prep concepts into clear, manageable steps. That mindset drives everything we do—from our SAT/ACT strategies to our subject-based tutoring. What makes OPT special to me isn’t just the methods—it’s the people. I’m proud of the team we’ve built: thoughtful, passionate, and deeply committed to our students and families. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at a park with my daughter, wife, and dog or watching the Miami Heat.
As COO, I focus on making sure our systems and services are always working efficiently—for our students, families, and team. At OPT, we’re not just running a business; we’re building a community of learners and educators who care deeply about doing things right. What I love most is the way we stay agile—constantly improving, refining, and finding new ways to support student success. Everyone here genuinely wants to help, and that shows in the energy we bring to every conversation. Fun fact, I’ve been playing guitar for over ten years and love diving into new songs and techniques—it’s a creative outlet that keeps me inspired and always learning.
In my role, I oversee daily operations and help shape the programs that drive student success. My goal is to make sure our team has everything they need to focus on what matters: helping students thrive. What I love most about OPT is the culture—we’re truly a team that supports each other and celebrates every student win, big or small. Outside of work, you can find me hiking Colorado trails—Chautauqua Trailhead is my happy place and where I go to reset.
Hi! I’m Adrianna, and I keep the wheels turning behind the scenes at OPT. I coordinate communication, plan events, and manage billing—basically, I make sure everything runs smoothly so our team can stay focused on students. What I love most about OPT is how we’re always evolving. There’s a real commitment to innovation here, and we never settle for “good enough” when it comes to helping students succeed. In my free time, I love thrifting and making junk journals. There’s something really satisfying about giving new life to forgotten things—it’s my own little form of creativity.
As Director of Client Development, I’m here to make your OPT experience seamless from the start. Whether you’re signing up for your first session or figuring out the best support for your student, I’m your go-to guy. What I appreciate most about OPT is its refusal to stay static—we’re always pushing to improve and meet families where they are. That constant forward momentum is what makes this place special. When I’m not at work, I’m probably behind a drum set or revving my car at a local show—music and motors are my two other passions.
