⏰ Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify OPT at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session start time.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full

Missed sessions (no-shows) will be charged in full
💳 Payment Policy
OPT operates primarily on a Pay As You Go basis.

Payment is due upon completion of each session
-
Programs may be paused if:

A balance remains unpaid for more than one month; or
-
Three (3) or more hours remain unpaid

Cash / Check
Late Payments:

A 5% monthly late fee may be applied to outstanding balances

Services may be paused due to non-payment

Accounts over 90 days may be referred to collections and may be subject to credit reporting

Your OPT Client Portal is your centralized location for:

Upcoming sessions and events

Session reports and progress tracking

Billing, payments, and rates
All session reports and billing details are housed in the portal.

To get the most out of your program:

Attend sessions consistently

Complete assigned work between sessions

Communicate scheduling needs proactively
Results depend heavily on student engagement and effort.
📸 Photo & Testimonial Consent
With your permission, OPT may use student testimonials, photos, or achievements for marketing purposes.
This consent is optional and may be revoked at any time in writing.

🚗 Office Parking Policy
Approved parking spaces include:

Visitor parking spaces

Free or metered street parking
Vehicles parked in unauthorized spaces may be towed at the owner’s expense.
🛑 Program Pause
Programs may be paused due to:

Outstanding balances

Extended inactivity
